An Elkins Park, PA based dental practice seeks a Dental Office Services Manager to:

  • -Conduct and administer daily clinical and fiscal operations and protocols of dental practice including daily accounting responsibilities, managing office expenditures, and reviewing fiscal and operational performance against budgets.
  • -Direct, supervise and evaluate work activities of medical and office support staff including managing schedules of dentists and hygienist; patient scheduling and patient growth initiatives
  • -Participate in recruitment, hiring and training of clinical support and office staff
  • -Monitor utilization of operatories, equipment, and staff;
  • -Maintain and monitor dental practice management system to store and process clinical, operations and administrative data and produce reports to monitor productivity, and provide accounting and efficiency information to central office
  • -Manage information and financial data to analyse and measure performance; and
  • -Support IT systems and plan new provision and development.

Minimum Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field and at least two years of experience in the above job duties/skill required. Must have two years of prior experience in healthcare services and/or healthcare and a working knowledge of dentistry treatment options, diagnostic and treatment equipment, data processing technology, government regulations and health insurance changes.
